Application errors will be corrected free of charge. If the reported Application error cannot be simulated in the SB test-environment, the actual time spent will be invoiced to the customer.
Application Support Requests will be responded asap and actual time spent will be invoiced to the customer in multiples of 15 minutes – minimum 30 minutes.
Prepaid service resource is requested for MasterApp-users only. Minimum 2 hours with reference to the standard Consulting pricelist.
We welcome comments and proposals from customers and provides a free non-committal evaluation service. Subject to customer acceptance further analysis will be initiated and proposal produced.
For requests of a general nature, Softbase offers an advantageous pré-release option. This allows customers to have functionality enhanced fast and still have standard-programs only.
